  • @BrianDisbennet I actually used the stock rods and pistons from a turbo coupe. The rod journals on the ranger crank are the same as the tc. The main journals in the ranger are quite a bit smaller though. The cylinder head was stock with a 5 angle valve job. I used the stock cam and valve springs also. Obviously I could have made a lot more power with a different cylinder head, but hell, I did this just to do it.

  • what computer are you using, is it just a tune?

  • i'm with fastiva604. i was just going to mention that. compressor surge is bad. i would like to see the finished tune and numbers. i've also go a turbo ranger. mine's a V6 3.0L.

  • dude... get a blow off valve.. you have some major compressor surge going on

  • did your header turn red? are you sure your not leaning out?

  • nice surge

  • is it a ranger block? did you make own oil return lines
