Fantastic video. It sounds corny but sometimes a player just finds a stage to perform, Cantona at OT, Di Canio at UP, Bergkamp at Highbury. WHL was Berbatovs stage and he orchestrated play with the panache, and flair of a true genuis. Shouldn't have gone and isn't appreciated at OT in the same way.

I have had a season ticket at spurs since 1999, and in the short time i've been alive, I can't name a player who's provided so much entertainment for tottenham fans. Bale is incredible, modric is very impressive, but for pure class, berbatov is still no.1, when united play at the lane, he gets abuse from the crowd, which I find disgusting, I applauded him when we played united, he is a genius, and if anybody else had stepped up for the carling cup penalty, we wouldnt of won that day, fact.

what a player he was at tottenham . even though i am an arsenal fan but u just gotta admire the way he played ... moving to united was his biggest mistake ... u can't blame him, everyone in his position would have taken the same step because eveyone wants to win trophies etc but the way he left spurs was very disappointing.If he play at Utd the way he used to play at Spurs then United would be winning the title every other season and I'm happy Berba is the shadow of a player he used to be

immense first touch ability, possibly a better second touch, great knowledge of football, eyes in the back of his head, could get hold of absolutely nothing balls and turn it into great play, vastly underestimated by most oppositions, great on the ground, fantastic in the air, one of the many great players tottenham have had. get berbatov back, and loose peter crouch i say.

I'm an Everton fan but must admit I really do love Berbatov. World class player, just a shame he isn't the same with United. Maybe its because he does better being the 'better player of the team' instead of being surrounded by World class players at United.

I think there's no doubt that TOGETHER Berbatov and Keane played their best football.
It was a case of the whole partnership being greater than the sum of the individual parts.
There seemed to be a special kind of chemistry and innate understanding between them and it's not been found with any other combination since then.
As much as I'd like to think it could one day be repeated, I fear that it is now lost forever.
