@oceanfront2 It depends who he is running against. I did meet the junior Senator from IL three times when he and I both lived in Chicago and worked in DC. On the second flight, he was going home with a wheelaboard suitcase. I suggested he find a local dry cleaner and laundry and that he drop off his shirts on Friday in DC, and pick them up on Monday. He told me, "Bill, that is the most useful advice anyone has given me since I started working here in Washington."
@wildbill1911A1 - That's funny that gave him laundry advice..haha. If he's up against Romney, are you going for Obama? How about if it's Gingrich? Everyone from my generation wants Paul it seems, but he scares me.
@oceanfront2 I like Ron Paul, too. I like his consistency, which is based on his libertarian foundation, which I also like. He is pretty much the opposite of Obama, so I would vote for Ron Paul if he were the nominee or a third party. Newt is very smart, and Mitt is handsome, so I'm going to guess Mitt will win the nomination and win the election. Both Mitt and Newt strike me as big government more debt people.
@wildbill1911A1 So you don't care for Obama that much anymore? I never thought Obama was quite as bad as what people made him out to be. I would love to see Obama go up against Gingrich in a debate. Obama's methodical, open-minded debating vs. Gingrich's wisdom and articulation.
@oceanfront2 The thing is, debate is no a skill that helps a president. Persuasion, yes, leadership and compromise to achieve common goals are more useful. I don't have television, and I have not watched any of the debates so far.
Yea! If you & our style icon from You Tube Susan come thru please let us know we'd love to show you around our Funky Town and we'd be so excited. Our door is always open so come on down!!!! We love Wild Bill and Susan!!
Now you're making me want to make this dish again--it's been almost 2 weeks since it crossed my table...I think in the near future we're both gonna have to start making some more "get fit" videos
I think I have now viewed this video three times [or am I having a senior moment?] ;) plus viewed the original Redbuck video. That's a lot of linguini!
Okay we would really like to clone you and yours. Your food always looks good and you are never snarky.I really think that PBS is missing a great opportunity in not hiring you, Your food always looks delicious and you also eat pasta correctly. So props to you. We also noticed your correct usage of spoons during soup consumption. Please never leave You Tube.
Bill: I noticed you had a photo with Obama. Are you voting for him this time around?
