Chiropractor's will tell you that too many reps of those exercises will mess up the discs in your neck and mid back. My neck was alot bigger in my day from those kind of exercises but I'm now into my 40's and suffer from headaches and neck pain all because of movements like those. They work for strength but will really screw your back up also. Stay away from neck bridges if you're not a wrestler.
Many athletes are having surgery later in life due to neck pain. We can't afford to have surgery .

can i train neck using 4 way neck machine everday..i do 2 sets 30 reps lighter weights all the way around everyday..is this ok..i was told wreslters there neck everyday before and after each practice
Awesome neck man. I'm doing basic weight lifting with the sole reason to get mass, become less skinny. However, to get a good balanced physique, imo neck is very important.
Is this a good exercise foor beginners? Since you can control the resistance yourself? I'm a beginner with neck exercises. We don't have any machines or headcap stuff.
