this was funny.. I am a christian and I think she is wrong with how she approaches homosexuality.. we are not called to hate anyone. She is an extremist, please don't let people like her cause you to think all Christians hate gay people. All of my friends and family who are Christian certainly don't hate gays, and it seems like the media only covers the wacko christians just like they cover the wacko everyone else's haha. I would say 90% of christians do not hate gays at all.

Sexual orientation should be no more of an issue than being right-handed or left-handed. There is no human need as basic and intense as the desire to love and to be loved. It is nothing less than inhumane to deprive any loving couple of respect and dignity. Only God has the right to judge. The rest of us need to live and let live because none of us is free until we are all free--to be who we are and to love whom we choose.

Fabulous. I lived & worked in Miami when she was mounting all this. I called her one day, from my office. We spoke politely, but I did warn her.

Bryant remarried and has tried, without success, to revive her career, first in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and Branson, Missouri. That failed in 1997, she was forced to declare bankruptcy. Her theater manager, Brion Bever, tried to cover expenses from his own pocket but he was never reimbursed. His credit history was ruined when suppliers went after him because he signed for deliveries on her behalf. But being the good Christian that she is, Anita has,get this, forgiven him.

She opened a theater in Pigeon Forge, TN in 1999 that soon went bankrupt as well. She skipped town owing all her employees back wages. A lot of them were high school kids who had wrote checks for their prom expenses. Their checks bounced because her paychecks to them were bad. Luckily a local tv station collected donations to cover everything.
