  • You spelt length wrong.

  • That's what the WD-40 and the pigskin gloves were for, you useless fuck. Pulling out that dead baby and oiling those gates.

    See? DEAD.

    ZERO cognition.

  • I'm just from a different time and place. You didn't care then, why would you now?

  • It sounds like the World's longest and loudest appeal for Medication...

  • You're instituionalised because "Despite State's Witness" (who was a no-show performance as usual) I did NOT shit myself. YOU DID. Who would testify to what they saw me perform, let alone repeat it.

It's my childhood story. Isn't it nuts? The best you could do was "what do you do when you live in a shoe?", which makes no sense. I think you need to grow up a bit before you "Decide" who's subversive and pull out your Barbie label maker again.

  • I found pieces of this. I traced them to a lunatic asylum. Not that I'm calling you "instituionalised" or anything.

  • I love you Internet for having every video I plan on never forgetting about.

  • ugh...another oldie but goodie

  • EWWWWW!!!! what the fuck did i click

  • now is ... a classic!!! amazing

  • b4 i was old enough to have a job i lived on the radio winning cd's constantly from their daily contests-this was the 1st i won. I just pulled it out and still know every word to every song.

  • i remember seein this video when i was like 13 years old back in 1997. I started breakin like a year later. bboy days yo!

  • @almightyseancore: the movie was empire records, not airheads.

  • almightyseancore, Addicted2stuff--

I think her name is Debi Mazar.

  • is this song about crack or cocaine? im just wondering...

  • @tjfodor

Yes. There are different mixes to this song. Some of them, when not censored, refer to the "sugarcane" as "rock cocaine," a.k.a. crack cocaine. In those versions, one line near the beginning is, "Taking me over like rock cocaine." It's also the reason for the line, "Ain't you ever wondered why they call it dope?"

  • love this song!

  • that guitar line is gorrrgeous! the bassline reminds me of de la soul :)

  • haha, i had no idea what this song was about when i was a kid. it makes a lot more sense now. also that genie, i remember her playing a band manager in a movie i can't remember. airheads maybe?

  • @almightyseancore if she is who I think she is, then she's also in one of the old batman films and she plays a crackhead in goodfellas

  • I didnt realize Patton Oswalt fronted a British band. Cheers, dude!

  • When I first saw this video, I was at a Target in the Electronics Department and all the TV's were playing this video.

Then when 2:16 rolled around I literally had a boner for a week!

  • I have been looking for this song for quite a while! I used to LOVE it, and no one else i know remembers it! Awesome

  • i've got the second album, which had 'speeding in the chill out room' on etc. just stumbled across it on the net years ago...its got artwork and everything!

  • I didn't know there was a second album. I know that there were a lot of unreleashed demos circulating the web 4/5 years ago. I thought the only new material officially released after 'Daddy Of The All', was 'Drug Soup' on the Sliding Doors soundtrack

  • the genie is Deborah "Debi" Mazar ..shes been in alot of madonna vids..just an F Y I...

  • is it really? she's on "Entourage" and she doesn't look as hot now as she did then.

  • Can anybody tell me what happened to them?

  • They had one good song 10 years ago. That's what happened.

  • thay were originaly signed to factory records in the uk, but were unhappy with the lack of promotion that tony wilson gave to them, so they left factory not too long after this song came out looking for a better deal, which they never found and broke up soon afterwards.

shame, coz they had a lot of promice

  • That's bad, they could have made it big! With MySpace going on, they should reunite again!

  • i went to school and college with tony pipes (keyboards and samples)worked on some stuff with him rhymes etc before we went our seperate ways he was a good lad reasonably talented as well this is the best they did with more support they probably could of gone on to bigger things

  • Yeah, they could've been the next EMF disguised as the Soup Dragons.

  • w/a touch of Toni-Toni-Tone

  • Really! Weird idea.

  • I've loved this song for about ten years! I am so desperately in love with the album and the band... I wish I had never seed this shity video!!!

  • i heard sweetest dream in an indie bar in magaluf in the late 90's and went and bought the cd, fantastic band, should have been bigger

  • One of my favorite songs ...btw the genie is debi mazar for anyone that cares.

  • The late AHW was a huge fan of this band. I remember an interview he did many years back stating that they would be huge! Sadly he was wrong for once. They were a great band but did not seem to make it. Very sad.

  • Oh man, this song churns up so much memories...I wish I'm young again...

  • Agreed with everyone else. Finally being able to see this after so long typing in search to see if this was available. David LaChapelle and Rock Steady Crew for win.

  • Haha man I've been looking for this music video FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
