i know im gonna start a pissing match but no way in hell that is dynoed at 431 with out boost. I have a built '94 cobra, trick flow heads, track heat intake upper and lower, msd all around, super cobra clutch, 70mm maf, new rear end with 4.10's chipped and tuned new suspension everywhere blah blah blah and it is only getting 337 at the wheels. tho it still has the stock tranny.

I own a '95 cobra in which previous owner put cobra bumper and '96 style tail lights on...wish he would've kept original lights. It seems that was a popular swap I think due to the fact those original style lights weren't very popular when they first came out, although I think that is changing lately. I prefer them however and I am contemplating going back to original style.

94/95 Cobra's came with a V6 rear bumper, they also had a GT hood. The only difference between GT's and Cobra's for those years are wheels, front bumper cover, and in the engine. Cobra's had a higher flowing intake manifold, GT40 heads, and a more aggressive cam. Power difference between the Cobra and GT was about 25hp in favor of the SVT, at 240.

Because I can't leave good enough alone..there is no way the mods listed would bring the Cobra in question near 300hp

@gibsonbaby131 cobras dont come with optional stuff like power or electric everything is electric except for the cobra r in 95, they cut as uch weight as possible so in had manual windows and seats and stuff and no radio or a/c if im correct.. and on the bumpers for 94-95 they say mustang istead of mustang gt. the 96s-up have cobra on the bumber. in 94-95 models the cobra has about 245 hp stock if im not mistaken where the gt has about 210-215. not big numbers but they are geared to really move.
