Amazing job. Duke is one of my favorite albums of all time and I can vividly remember a very long & frustrating night in the late 80's trying to emulate the electric piano sound Tony Banks uses on that album with my Roland JX-3P (was learning "Cul De-Sac" I think). Fast-forward 20+ years...bought Native Instruments' Kontakt sampler and a soundset called "Phaedra" and there it was. Closer than I was ever able to emulate.

Anyway, love your videos!

amazingly played!! I always enjoy the video of genesis songs you do!! Your keyboard covers always have the right sounds and are always played properly!! Tony would be proud!!! I'm still learning how to do a few of them. I've mastered stuff like SHBTS and Slipperman (to name a few), but I've been trying to learn the lead from the In The Cage solo and its scaling the keyboard fast I'm trying to work on!! Tough solo!

In my opinion the dramatic progression of the song and it's mood mark the worth of "Duke's Travels" more than the solo keys of Tony Banks (regarding the melodies, this sounds like a blend of "The Cinema Show" and "... In That Quiet Earth". However the man here does a good work, though I'm a bit disappointed that he doesn't play the arpeggios that (should) arise around 4:10.

Man thanks NH34 and everyone. I have my days where I feel the same.  Never quit trying...It took many months to prepare, then about 40 takes to video tape this song.
