Most hydrogen peroxide you buy is at 3% and is generally safe to use, it can disinfect cuts, but its mostly helpful to wash the cut out by production of oxygen gas and water via enzymes.

Also to the guy that says you can boost your immune system: you can't, you can only keep it strong by having a healthy diet and proper sleep.

I know this stuff because I'm doing my honors specialization in microbiology and immunology.

Elevated oxygen levels are bad for you, go read about reactive oxygen species.

Oxygen used in the body (particularly mitochondria) can be transformed into a free radical (singlet oxygen, superoxde anion) and causes cell damage. In a high oxygen environment this can lead to cell death. hydrogen peroxide can do this aswell, thats why we have enzymes such as catalase and superoxide dismutase.

If you take equal volumes of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide solution and liquid bleach containing Sodium hypochlorite, you will notice effervesence taking place. The bubbles you see is the oxygen being released. This can be tested by taking a burning ember from a stick incense and bringing it close to the container with two reacting liquids. The burning ember will reignite. Sodium chloride is also produced in the liquid.

Hello. May I suggest you research two time Nobel prize winner Otto Warburg and his proof that cancer cells can not surivive in an oxygen rich enviroment. They all aren't crackpots. Ozone., Hyperbaric, Oxygen, Hydrogen Peroxide therapies are all based on scientific facts. You cannot patent any of these compounds so research is limited. Drug companies have huge investments in keeping this info under raps or distorting it altogether. Don't knock it, you may need it one day. This issue is very real.

yeah, too much oxygen is bad, even for human cells. Put cancer cells in a petri dish in an oxygen rich environment, they die. Put human skin, nerv, blood, or muscle cells in an oxygen rich environment, they also die.  Nature has evolved with the O2 level in the atmosphere to achieve a ballance.

@yrunido It is in fact true for some cases, bacteria for instance tends to be often anaerobic, and Hydrogen Peroxide when applied properly can decimate these infections. Of course this does not apply to any aerobic bacteria or virii.

And it has had various studies showing it can in fact shrink a tumour as well., however it does not prevent or kill cancer.

Well, if you were in an oxygenated hyperbaric chamber then THAT may help your body heal from most things.

What I do know for sure about cancer is that the spread and overgrowth of cancer cells is an immune system problem. It would be wrong to not tell people the most important treatment for cancer is mushroom complexes like RM10 to stimulate the immune system.

1. Remove toxicity and drugs, 2. eat and drink a low carb/sugar and nutritious diet (Weston A Price), 3. stimulate the immune system.

@yrunido I drink peroxide all the time. It gives you quite an energy boost.

I would recommend only doing this on an empty stomach as foods can decompose the peroxide leading to unpleasant reactions and gas.

Anyways, the amount needed isn't a lot. A capful of 3% peroxide mixed with a liter of water, perhaps, each day. You will feel a sense of well-being almost immediately.
