  • this isn't a martin light, this is one by one of the brands that have copied the same look, it could be an operating systems fault, doesn't sound like it though if the power is shutting off.

  • I Have A Problem, Please Help Me Find Out What Part I Need To Replace?

Starts Normally, LCD control working... motors working... lamp starts...

Problem: Approxamitely 1:24 into operation and LCD dies, LED Indicators inside die, motors freeze... lamp continues to work in frozen position?

  • i don't know in how far this movinghead is the smae as the martin 250 series. but by martin you will see this problem wenn the power to the pcb is more then 2.7 volts to low. i think it is a problem with the SMPS.

    good luck!

  • fi the head doesent go up i know how to fix it.

what you do is you take of the side of the lame and find the motar which makes it go up and down and try to put it back onto the cog wheel.its quite complicate but it works

  • that is bad :(

  • PARECE QUE NO SABEMOS USAR!

  • beetje zonde!

  • Think there is a problem, with the dmx channel read the manual and check the DMX channels for the right Tilt function. Or check the fabric maunual to reset the movinghead to its fabric settings...

so my advice is:"Reset the Movinghead and connect the DMX ports again and check the switches.

  • I Dont see a probklem with it.

    =D

  • aAAAAAAAAAAAhhh wat zonde vor die movinghead

    het is net zo'n mooie

  • mate 1st off if your going to juge, at least say the name properly, and second, Martin Mac2000's are the greatest moving head on the market. varilight is, cheap an d horrible crap :p

  • @computergod80 what are u retarded varilights lights are HECTIC bro man and lets face it MAC2000's are not the best moving head on the market

  • agreed, the mac 2000 has been around for a LONG time, many new things have came sice the mac 2000 was top of the line!

  • @brandonmcgee17 yea i no lolz but the mac 2000 is still very god in my opinion :D

  • @shuffle953 i definetly agree with that. what do you think about the mac III

  • @brandonmcgee17 yea thats good i do alot of productions with macs most of the invetory i use is MACS i really like the MAC 3 but in my opinion i like the MAC 700 and the MAC 250 entour the best :D

  • i love the mac 250 entour. there awesome! i actually used to own 4 mac 250 krypton

  • yea they are mad me and my friend both own 8 MAC 700's

    4-washes

    4-profile

  • who is the manufacturer?

  • It's look like a mac 250, but it's not or what?

  • Hey man,

    Succes!

  • that sux how much was that

  • poort broken mac. can i have it :)

  • It isn't a mac it is a copy of a MAC ;-)

  • they make them? are they cheeper? where do I get them? how much are they? ive always wanted a mac. I have a design spot 250 and a minspot!

  • you might find if it has dipswitches on in summwere that i could be in dmx mode and not stand alone

  • the dipswitches have nothing to do with it. that just lets the fixture know what channel that it is on. obviously this fixture is re-setting, and dipswitches dont even matter when it comes to resetting. there could be alot of faults that keep a fixture from reseting, pan/tilt sensors, motors, power... i think people need to really start knowing the facts before posting false comments!!!!!

  • were in my comment did i state it WAS dipswitches ? ill think if u read my message again ull find i said i MIGHT be dipswitches as i have had problems simillar to this with moving heads and wen taken into repair it was round the dipswitches were set wrong, i was purely tring to offer some advice no need to get shitty

  • umm im not getting shitty...you are....this has nothing to do with dipswitches...dipswitces do not control the way the fixture resets...the fixture does not even use dipswitches it has a lcd screen for that pourpous....im not getting shitty im just saying people shouldnt say shit that they dont know about

  • @brandonmcgee17 well the lcd screen acts as the dip switch lol but martin moving heads have in built computers well mini computers so they basicly are plug and play lights XD

  • i was refering to manual dip switches, i know that the lcd screen controls the fixtures dmx address. :)

  • Did you check the carburator?

or could be the disc brakes.

  • Ondertussen werkt hij weer. Diodebrug in combinatie met elko's waren het probleem.

    Hierdoor viel de spanning weg..

  • i think its safe to say its BROKE lol

  • .. If you look throw the air grill at the back you can see its lit up & Changing colour inside .. might be a shutter or sumithing

  • loopt vast he hij tikt :D

  • whats the problem with this moving head ?

  • The problem is that the movinghead doesn't start up due to a powersupply failure. Every three seconds the voltage drops down to zero.

  • @Woutertje1984 that's not so good!^^

  • lol
