the reason you don't see Kris a lot on the show is because he doesn't have drama like everyone else does...he doesn't have to play up his life stories, annoying laugh, or family problems in order to get through the rounds for the judges..he is getting through thru raw talent :) ....GOOD LUCK KRIS! :) Your arkansas friends love u !

I really think that compared to some of the talent that's gotten through, Jamar should have been a choice for the 36 too. Especially over Tatiana & Nick, but that's just my opinion lol. I read on Wikipedia that only people in the top 36 who were eliminated by America would be eligible for wildcard. If this is true, then neither Jamar nor Cody would qualify.
Also, did you notice that if the semi finals are the top male and top female vote-getters move to the top 12? Then conceivably the top 6 people can be men, but only 2 would go through (plus the highest female). So, 4 people could get overlooked because they were the wrong gender.
and im upset that jamar didnt make it and that tatiana lady did. gaaaaaaah she is annoying. when she was squealing i wanted to smash my tv in. oh well, i still love danny <3

Great Video, and I agree with all of your opinions about who should have been cut and who should have stayed. I think like so many of you that Jamar and Cody got a raw deal. It seems as if the judges were looking for comedy acts instead of raw singing talent. What's up with that? Hopefully they will be chosen for the wild card round. I'm really glad they brought that back, it gives the ones that were cut prematurely (JAMAR & CODY) to prove that they belong on the show.
People like tatiana, the multiple personality dude and the others are what makes the show entertaining. Absurdity of the night - nixing Jamal (after praising him for on every show) and picking the guy who walked off stage and asn't all that excited.

The male, female, and the next top vote getter with the highest number of America's votes will make it into the top 12. This season will also feature the return of the Wildcard round last used in Season 3 with the judges choosing three eliminated contestants to advance to the finals

1. Norman Gentle (Nick Mitchell)- By far the most original contestant. He is hilarious.
2. Stephen Fowler- Messed up in Hollywood but I think his voice is awesome.

They haven't said, but the rumor is that its because she was good friends with 2 of the producers, and they didn't want it to seem like it was fixed

The judges will bring back some of their favorites (probably 12, anyone's guess who) to compete for 3 open spots in the top 12.
So ANYONE still has a chance at this point

This season will feature for the first time 36 semifinalists with 12 different semifinalists performing every Tuesday. The male, female, and the next top vote getter with the highest number of America's votes will make it into the top 12. This season will also feature the return of the Wildcard round last used in Season 3 with the judges choosing three eliminated contestants to advance to the finals

:( Teeny bopper moment, but Cody should have gone through. It's been what, a month? And he already has a growing fan base. Jamar too. I hope both of them come back next year. Adam Lambert is weird for me, I don't know if I like his voice or not... He's really cute though, haha. So is Danny Gokey. I like Nathaniel, too.

I love that you hit the nail on the head with your commentary...I was surprised with both Cody and Jamar not going through...also glad that Joanna is off. Just not fair for undiscovered talent for her to have been there.

Yea, I REALLY thought Cody should have made it.
I think Jamar might come back next year and do good....they seemed to tie him to Danny too much this time.
And they REALLY should have axed Joanna a long time ago.
After showing ALL of her horrible performances, they really proved that the judges dont have the last say, the producers (Joanna's friends) do

After re-reading my last comment, I realized I sounded a little insensitve (though not my intention)...I have no idea of Codys' sexual preference. What I meant is that maybe idol didn't want another Danny Noriega "clone". It's dumb but I think Cody is nothing like Danny. Very different people by far. I'm going to shut up now...I'm sorry if I sounded offensive. I like everyone I listed except for Norman(what a joke)

It does seem like they put through a few obviously gay guys this year (You forgot Von Smith ,lol) but short of Adam, none of them really stand a chance. Cody might have....but I think they are trying to set Adam up for a high spot in the top 12
