All I saw in this video was a lot of "Icy Touch", "Plague Strike" and "Blood Strike" spamming with the occasion Death Coil.

And for having one Rogue on him in the second or third battle, your Paladin went down crazy fast.

this was shot when dk was pretty much broken, thats why you only see icy touch spam because at that time it was pvp DK's main attack :P it was so crazy, u just needed right sigil, spec and glyphs and dk with crappy gear could own any1. i had like full savage gear at that time and my icy touch did like 4k crit, and it crited alot and when u add 4 frost runes (2 frost runes and 2 death runes) so yeah :D it was crazy :P

How come so many DKs don't know CC and just spam one or two attacks? Make sure you have Chain of Ice hotkeyed, mine is at shift+t. Get your three diseases on them if you are spec'd for it and then throw out a couple Scourge Strikes. Make sure to use combos, don't get out of LOS of healer, and use your CC.

When fighting mages which you did in thie vid, chain of ice and let them blink out of it so you can DG them back so their blink is on CD. Take em out fast because they hurt at a range.

An overdone comp that's basically ruining arenas, but you don't seem as bad as some of the teams I run into. The unfortunate thing about DK's is even if they play sloppily and make mistakes, they'll probably still win whatever it is they're fighting, which makes it tough for DK's to make interesting PvP videos like so many Mages / Destro Locks have done.
