Yea I live in NJ, it's a shithole. Yet it's been run by big government liberals and some republicans for YEARS! Kind of like our country. Both of which are in horrible shape. Moving from NJ asap. Won't miss it, or the brain dead people I used to call my community.
@Z0mgZ0mbies You might want to stay now that Governor Christie is doing such a great job cleaning up the state. Getting us out of debt, without raising taxes.
The CRIME BOSS of Trenton Jon Corzine must be thrown out of office without delay before he bankrupts the entire State of New Jersey!!! And come November 3rd we WILL throw him OUT!!!
Lonegan wanted to have everyone pay the same percentage of taxes. He's making it fair and equal. No class would be paying a greater or lesser percentage than the other class. It's the smartest thing to do, so that those who work hard for the money that they earn don't have to pay a greater percentage than the lower classes. And the lower class wouldn't have to pay greater percentages than the rich class.we would all be paying an equal percentage which is the most fair for everyone.Lonegan's right
It's a shame that Lonegan wants to lower taxes on the rich and raise them for the poor and middle class. WTF kind of ass backwards crap is that? I'm voting Christie.. or Bacon.
Watch: Naomi Wolf talk about her book: Give Me Liberty....America is living its last days. These NJ thugs look like NAZI thugs don't they? 1st your guns..you sat silent, now your right to free speach and to protest...Next? Your life.
How can any sane-freedom loving American have anything but contempt for these Gustapo looking bastards crushing our first amendment rights? You can protest, but , but , but, you must do it by permit, beteween the hours of this and that, while the sun is in this location, on a cloudless day, a Jewish holiday, after you sacrifice your chicken, drop ten coins here, walk ten steps there and you MUST stand where no one sees you or hears you....etc. etc. WHAT THE FUCK?!!! Hitler was in favor of this.
Don't just complain find out who that Policeman was and have him investigated and prosecuted for abuse of power. This isn't rocket science folks the proof is there.
PS that wans't Corzine's doing it was a typical New Jersey Policeman who is happy to take their pay check no matter what sacrifice in standard of living the tax payer shoulders. Give up the complaining and find an attorney with guts.
Great going now think again, find an at orney to penalise that policeman. He and his kind are nothing more than modern day Natzi's who want to be paid not to steal while they threaten. Men like him and the others highly paid who insist on being paid without merrrit considerations and dispite threatening lawful citizens.
Keep in mind that Corzine doesn't get treated any better by the Police. That man is the typical New Jersey "PUblic Servant" that wants the respect of the office while undermining the most basic rights granted by our laws.
someone find an attorney who has the guts to make it safe for public citizens to penalize public servants who clearly don't perform at the level they are intended and probably are happy to take pay and benefit increases at other's expense in other words they are hired thugs
Steve Lonegan is in the race for Governor. If you are sick and tired of the tax, spend and borrowing trends that have dragged New Jersey down for years, Lonegan is your candidate. He believes that smaller state government will root out corruption and waste, and I definitely think we should give it a shot. Lonegan is ready. He has the name recognition, fiscal experience and executive background which makes him the ideal candidate.
Christie? From what I've heard, he's a "moderate" Republican. He's pro-choice, anti-gun, and wants to continue affordable housing and Abbott Districts. The state needs to make serious spending cuts going forward, and I'm supporting Lonegan because for years he has mentioned cutting the budget by 20% and reducing taxes, which he did as mayor of Bogota for 12 years. Knowing little as I do about Christie, I'd still say I prefer him over Corzine. Corzine is pathetic.
Unfortunately, we live in a very liberal Democratic state. So many state workers on the payroll and union members that get everything handed to them, the rational residents of New Jersey have their work cut out for them unless we get a BIG turnout at the polls to negate all the Corzine fanatics.
Thank you Jon Corzine for giving New Jersey the highest property, sales, income, and business taxes. Keep up the good work the liberal Democrats love you.
PS. Thanks also for raising the Turnpike and Parkway tolls during a recession this should be a big help to the poor.
You know that the state of affairs of this country is out of control when it is not the fact that the police arrested him that surprises me, but the fact that they didn't throw him on the ground, jab their knees into his head, and then handcuff him while tazing him. Since there's no hope of restoring the united States as a whole, secession anyone?
I love how the US condemns China for their lack of free speech when the US is full of political correctness, which is censorship and takes away free speech. Corrupt politicians are destroying our country, They are misrepresenting and stealing from the people they are sworn to represent. They are financially sabotaging our country at a time of war and should be considered traders to the United States of America. Any politician that is convicted of corruption should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law as a trader.
I think you mean TRAITOR ?and youre right, a traitor needs to be prosecuted .Funny how Corzine just abolished the death penalty in NJ(against the will of the people btw), and whats the penalty for TREASON ?? you guessed it.
The real question is how much does Corzine know about 911s controlled demolition?
If you can figure that out you will see the motive of every decision he has made as Governor.
Ask any child and they will tell you.
The Corzine bone is connected to the Goldman Sachs bone the Goldman Sachs bone is connected to the CIA bone the CIA bone is connected to the 911s controlled demolition bone.
I think youre right, they might be Trenton Police. Besides, The State Police cant POSSIBLY be this ignorant of Constitutional law. And I just read that State Troopers ONLY wear their badges on their Hats, a little known fact, according to Wikipedia. I didnt know that.

NJFOP coerce all their members to vote Democrat or else you become an outsider to their "elite club"! Sorry, Corzine that working class people are getting PISSED OFF for being bent over and raped by your tax hikes!!!
These ignorant cops need to made an example of.We the people must demand that they be prosecuted. The cop on the right(speaking) trying to change your constiturional rights, ON TAPE yet. How ignorant or ARROGANT is this DUCHEbag. This Idiot could not recite even one complete sentence from the 1st Amendment. We are so close to a police state in this country it is truly frightening. Get ready folks, a revolution is brewing.
I'd like to know who the old guy in the fedora was I think that when you pin an ID on him you will see who was really calling the shots notice how he was all chummy with the police....
Is there a way to get Corzine out of office? All he wants to do is tax us instead of cutting expenses we need more people like Steven. did the major stations cover this. I bet not. It's time for Corzine to leave his job. He's killing NJ
Time for him to leave his job? That SOB should have never gotten it in the first place. Why do you think he got thrown out on his ass at Goldman Sachs. I truly truly truly hate that man. People in this state have been getting fleeced so badly, I wonder when some are gonna march on Trenton. There needs to be a taxpayer revolt in this state. I dont want to leave, grew up here my whole life but something has got to give.
The Coup de'eta has already been COMPLETED, and The US citizens are no longer in control of their government. It was infiltrated by and co-opted by the CFR, Bilderberg, Skull and Bones, CIA, and AIPAC. So sad to know America is DEAD. Most dont even know it happened yet.
Its time to breakup Party lines and everybody get together and Fight for Freedom. HR1955 is the next step in the deadly war on Freedom and has to be vigorously opposed by everyone. There is something going on and it is serious.
To all you COPS who are MORONIC enough to GET SUED for VIOLATING CIVIL RIGHTS, be PREPARED! Getting SUED is HELLISH! Most COPS have lots of BAD STUFF lurking in their PAST and BELIEVE ME it WILL COME OUT and BURN YOU! Think BEFORE you FALSELY ARREST someone! If you can't uphold the OATH that YOU swore to PROTECT the Constitution then find a new job.
can anyone explain the significance of all of these turnpikes being sold? Indiana sold theirs to a foreign company. The Trans Texas Corridor is being sold to a foreign company. Selling off infrastructure to foreign investors just seems like a bad idea. What is next? It seems like the national parks, strategic waterways, water/wastewater systems are all potentially for sale. It looks like rogue government leadership is really grabbing at straws to finance more and more. Where does it end?
Like everything else, the training for these folks is designed to keep them from critical thinking. Believe it or not, there are cops who do not like what they see and are trying to fight this from the inside.
Landgraf and the officer ordering the arrest will be charged with FEDERAL civil rights crimes.
The Supreme Court has indicated that in the context of protests, parades, and picketing in such public places as streets and parks, "...citizens must tolerate insulting, and even outrageous, speech in order to provide adequate breathing space to the freedoms protected by the First Amendment."(Boos v. Barry, 485 U.S. 312, 322 (1988).
Corzine tries to silence his critics by denying them their constitutional rights, having them arrested, and launching politically motivated investigations against them. I wonder if he has a picture of Joe Stalin in his wallet?
If Corzine gets a 2nd term, I would not be surprised if he put parking meters in front of every house in N.J, Put EZ pass in fast food and bank drive thru's, put EZ pass under bridges so boats can pay and to find a way to charge individual passengers in the vehicle for the tolls, the way Drive in Movies do.
Governor Corzine's only way of bringing state revenue in is to over tax the people of N.J. to pay the way for State Legislatures to maintain their high quality life style. He asks for a better plan? I have one. Every Politician past, present and future must forfeit at least 1 of their multiple pensions. Stop fighting for raises for over paid politicians. Take all state cars and state credit cards away from politicians and eliminate redundancy in the State Government.
Governor Corzine is introducing a plan to raise revenue to pay off state debt by increasing taxes. His way of doing things is no different then a Ponzi Scheme.
From Wikipedia:
A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that involves paying abnormally high returns ("profits") to investors out of the money paid in by subsequent investors, rather than from net revenues generated by any real business. It is named after Charles Ponzi.
I WAS THER I WAS THER!! THER WHERE 3 cops to every person God it was so bad.... me and my freinds got kicked out for havinga camra, it was so messed up. Good to hear they droped teh charges, they would ahve lost the court case anyway
Middle Township police have dropped all charges, apologised to the two patriots they wrongfully arrested(Steve Lonegan & Seth Grossman)and confirmed the arrest order was given by Corzine's staff. Corzine will have to find a new way to suppress dissent at his next dog & pony show.
hmm.. maybe the apathetic voting age citizens of NJ need to think a little harder before we elect another brainless democrat to office. oh wait, this is new jersey, no one but brainless democrats actually have a shot of being elected here...
Although I no longer live in New Jersey, I grew up there, and I love the state, but things like this make me less and less likely to ever go back... I thought Bush was supposed to be the one crushing people's liberties, not the northeastern elites...?
No, that's what the liberal-biased media want you to believe. Bush makes plenty o' mistakes by not being faithful to conservative principles, but the northeastern elites, as you call them, are the REAL danger to our God-given and Constitutionally guaranteed liberty and to our hard-earned money.
This all makes sense now - I must have been conversing with Carla Katz!!!! No wonder she is so enraged by a peaceful protest against her precious Sugar Daddy Corzine. Wait till she meets cops like the ones who arrested Lonegan - the kind who like to take advantage of people like her who don't know the law of the land!!

If you people really think the guy was arrested because of free speech you are retarded. He was arrested because his picket sign was not on public property. HE IS A MORON AND SO ARE YOU IF YOU THINK THE POLICE WEREN"T DOING THEIR JOBS. Nothing is corrupt except your brain capacity. THE POLICE ARE NOT YOUR ENEMY, YOU ARE YOUR OWN WORSE ENEMY.
Well isn't that the pot calling the kettle black - News flash, candygrrl - PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE PUBLIC PROPERTY, and our FEDERAL and STATE constitutions BOTH guarantee freedom to assemble in public, free speech and freedom to object to government policy. And by the way, the expression is "worst enemy." But perhaps you didn't go to a real school, because if you did, you would have been taught all this and you would know better.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Schools are government property, the government funds them and the government regulates them. They were asked to move their signs, not to leave. This whole thing was a plot by Steve Lonegan. He called the press and set up the whole thing. You people are sheep. You believe every scandalous accusation people make without knowing anything about the situation. A "public" school is still considered "private property" because it is not owned by the state of NJ. get your facts straight.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
THIS IS FROM WIKIPEDIA: "Many schools are owned or funded by states. Private schools are those which are operated independently from the government. Private schools usually rely on fees from families whose children attend the school for funding; however, sometimes such schools also receive government support (see charter schools)."
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
"Public-school education in the United States is provided mainly by local governments, with control and funding coming from three levels: federal, state, and local...Generally, state governments can and most, if not all, do set minimum standards relating to almost all activities of primary and secondary schools, as well as funding and authorization to enact local school taxes to support the schools"
All the facts (which I had and you just went out and got) just supported my point - where do you think "federal state and local" funds come from? FROM TAXES PAID BY THE PUBLIC - MEANING US TAXPAYERS paying taxes. Didn't you know the government does not own anything? Does the phrase "by the people, for the people" ring a bell? I have my facts straight - now you've got yours - by your own admission - so stop calling people names and use the facts to figure things out.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
no matter how you slice it, fact is the "public" school is still PRIVATE PROPERTY. Go park behind somebody's car and then call the pd and ask them to have the car towed. THey cant do it b/c it is private property. it's just a fact, you are not right and you people are always quick to say the police are wrong when they are right. They are there to protect your dumb ass, not kiss it.
Ummm....hate to burst your bubble all charges were dropped because of something called the 1st AMENDMENT. It is because of people like you that our freedoms are being taken away by government.
AMEN my friend - that's what Candygrrl just doesn't want to understand, being so blinded by ignorance hate and a psychopathic desire to be right in spite of the very facts she cites---come to think of it, that sounds like a lot of folks down in Trenton and in our city halls here in NJ...and the people who keep voting them into office - and the worst part is you can't teach em anything...as you saw here.
What everybody is saying here is 100% correct. This is the most corrupt state & this is a perfect example. The brain-dead continually elect the same corrupt machine over & over again. It runs rampant from the lowest levels, up to the Dollar Dictator Democrat Governor himself. New Jersey's state slogan is " The only place worse, is New York"... I know, I've lived in both, & be assured, anyplace else is better !!!!!!!
And look the apathetic NJ voters! Do they even care??! No, they got their beloved Democrat in office so everything's just cozy and warm. Wait till they see how much it's gonna cost to live and buy food in this state! New Yorkers come here by the droves to live in the "cheaper" state. Boy are they in for a shock! Up yours, Corzine! I actually miss McSleezy!
The Furor, Corzine, has spoken. Public school, private property? All you liberals are destroying our once great country. Liberalism is a slow road to despotism!
Great video, thanks. Wow! Shame on NJ! Thank you Steve Lonegan for representing the taxpayers and getting arrested for it. Never give up. We need you! Unbelievable.
The democrat party in NJ has unchecked power and no fear of being turned out of office, so they can afford to let their guard down and demonstrate to everybody their contempt for any person or any part of the Constitution that gets in the way of their insatiable hunger for ever more power and control over the lives of others. When liberal democrats like NJ governor Jon Corzine say they believe in free speech, what they mean is, you're free to agree with them.
Now that was ridiculous. What is it with New Jersey and electing these corrupt, big government Democrats? Huh? And when the minority speaks out, arrested. My goodness.

Welcome to fascist America, where only big business has a voice. Go back to your free speech zones where no one can hear you.
Screw that. Vote RON PAUL and let's end this anti-American trend.

Is there a way to get Corzine out of office? All he wants to do is tax us instead of cutting expenses we need more people like Steven. did the major stations cover this. I bet not. It's time for Corzine to leave his job. He's killing NJ
mlsalomone 4 years ago
Time for him to leave his job? That SOB should have never gotten it in the first place. Why do you think he got thrown out on his ass at Goldman Sachs. I truly truly truly hate that man. People in this state have been getting fleeced so badly, I wonder when some are gonna march on Trenton. There needs to be a taxpayer revolt in this state. I dont want to leave, grew up here my whole life but something has got to give.

can anyone explain the significance of all of these turnpikes being sold? Indiana sold theirs to a foreign company. The Trans Texas Corridor is being sold to a foreign company. Selling off infrastructure to foreign investors just seems like a bad idea. What is next? It seems like the national parks, strategic waterways, water/wastewater systems are all potentially for sale. It looks like rogue government leadership is really grabbing at straws to finance more and more. Where does it end?

Landgraf and the officer ordering the arrest will be charged with FEDERAL civil rights crimes.
The Supreme Court has indicated that in the context of protests, parades, and picketing in such public places as streets and parks, "...citizens must tolerate insulting, and even outrageous, speech in order to provide adequate breathing space to the freedoms protected by the First Amendment."(Boos v. Barry, 485 U.S. 312, 322 (1988).

If Governor Corzine needs to raise taxes, he must do something he has never done before, Give something back to the people of N.J.
greatonyak 4 years ago

Take all state cars and state credit cards away from politicians and eliminate redundancy in the State Government.
greatonyak 4 years ago
N.J. The Ponzi State?
Governor Corzine is introducing a plan to raise revenue to pay off state debt by increasing taxes. His way of doing things is no different then a Ponzi Scheme.
From Wikipedia:
A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that involves paying abnormally high returns ("profits") to investors out of the money paid in by subsequent investors, rather than from net revenues generated by any real business. It is named after Charles Ponzi.

TheATrain33 4 years ago 4
No, that's what the liberal-biased media want you to believe. Bush makes plenty o' mistakes by not being faithful to conservative principles, but the northeastern elites, as you call them, are the REAL danger to our God-given and Constitutionally guaranteed liberty and to our hard-earned money.

THE POLICE ARE NOT YOUR ENEMY, YOU ARE YOUR OWN WORSE ENEMY.
candygrrl777 4 years ago
Well isn't that the pot calling the kettle black - News flash, candygrrl - PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE PUBLIC PROPERTY, and our FEDERAL and STATE constitutions BOTH guarantee freedom to assemble in public, free speech and freedom to object to government policy. And by the way, the expression is "worst enemy." But perhaps you didn't go to a real school, because if you did, you would have been taught all this and you would know better.

THIS IS FROM WIKIPEDIA: "Many schools are owned or funded by states. Private schools are those which are operated independently from the government. Private schools usually rely on fees from families whose children attend the school for funding; however, sometimes such schools also receive government support (see charter schools)."

"Public-school education in the United States is provided mainly by local governments, with control and funding coming from three levels: federal, state, and local...Generally, state governments can and most, if not all, do set minimum standards relating to almost all activities of primary and secondary schools, as well as funding and authorization to enact local school taxes to support the schools"
candygrrl777 4 years ago
All the facts (which I had and you just went out and got) just supported my point - where do you think "federal state and local" funds come from? FROM TAXES PAID BY THE PUBLIC - MEANING US TAXPAYERS paying taxes. Didn't you know the government does not own anything? Does the phrase "by the people, for the people" ring a bell? I have my facts straight - now you've got yours - by your own admission - so stop calling people names and use the facts to figure things out.

no matter how you slice it, fact is the "public" school is still PRIVATE PROPERTY. Go park behind somebody's car and then call the pd and ask them to have the car towed. THey cant do it b/c it is private property. it's just a fact, you are not right and you people are always quick to say the police are wrong when they are right. They are there to protect your dumb ass, not kiss it.
