The funny thing is most people are too stupid to even know what seared foie gras is or are just impressed with a fancy ass name haha. Heres some education for you all. Seared foie gras is a dish prepared by overfeeding ducks until they cannot fit anything else in their bellies. The ducks then vomit the half digested meal and THAT is what is seared and served.
