  • @lwandrick1 ... My sincere apologies for the critical comments. Your explanation was perfect. Thanks & Respect :-)

  • @47wma I apologize for thee late response, but no worries my friend, thank you sooo much for the apology. And indeed, it's nothing but love and respect; take-great-care.

  • I downloaded this video, great moves to experience. Thanks for posting it.

  • @findthejohn Thank you so much, please feel-free to leave question(s) if you have any. They maybe of great help for you, those who later view this vid, as well as for myself. Or if you have any questions that you prefere to be more personal please email me personally, thank-care.

  • @findthejohn No problem, and thank you much for viewing and commenting; and you are right, these movements are very great to experience...I do them every morning.

  • hmm, if these exercises are beneficial to ones flexibility, how come the teacher is stiff?

  • @47wma Ouch! why so critical? Well, 1st & farmost, I'm not a teacher of any sort...Everything that I post is for referencing purposes, not for someone to try and learn. People learn properly by/from personal experience(s) & last by not least. I just bust out this vid cause I felt like doing one out the clear blue after leaving church one-day; so I was still dressed-up...as one can see. & no pon intended...but let's see you or the average person do any form of exercise while dressed-up.

  • @lwandrick1

thanks for posting the video, it looks to me like a version of Ba Duan Jin not YiJinJing, anyway doesn't matter what it's called really! i think BaDuan Jin should have the effect of working the tendons anyway : )

  • Is this form of any use without knowing proper breathing ???

  • @sarabi1234 Sorry for the late reply, but this isn't a Qi-Gong/Chi-Kung form/sequence...so normal breathing is just fine. What's most important to focus on is the translation of this sequence: Yi Jin-Jing: (Muscle & Tendon Changing.) I truly hopes that this helps, please let me know if you have anymore questions, thank you.

  • @sarabi1234 Correction on my behalf, it slipped my mind...before even doing this particular sequence, one does indeed open-up with Tu-Na: Breathe in, breathe out. & this is done as "normal" with the tongue at the roof of the mouth & behind the teeth, on the inhale & with dropping the tongue to the palet behind the teeth, on the exhale. Listen to your body on how many times you perform this breathing, and hold each postures...I did what I did in this vid for the sake of time, take-care.

  • @sarabi1234 But once again remember that this is not a Qi-Gong / Chi-Kung sequence. I remembered an obvious while doing it this morning, & right away thought about your question.

  • y does the archer have to be old....

  • @heyjustthetip Hey my friend I visited your channel after I got your comment, you're a pretty funny guy. And I know that I already commented personally to your comment, but not publically...my bag. But 1st & farmost thanks a mil for viewing, that means awhole lot. & 2 answer your question who knows y the archer has 2 b old. Mayb they're trying to say that young folks can't b good archer (lol)...it's an ancient Chinese-Secret, take care, peace.

  • @lwandrick1 lol thanks for the reply! I m looking at your videos more closely now than I did a year ago..keep up the good work.

  • Ba duan jing, no yijinjing

  • @Roderico06 pt2. They do have more than a few similarity, such as: being melted together in practice with other Taiji-Quan or Tai-Ch'i Chuan basic(s) and warm-ups; which are done prior to performing the actually form; as well as opening different Meridians. Thank you much for commenting, please feel-free to ask any other questions that you may have. I love sharing as well as learning from others, we can for sure stay connected, thanks.

  • @Roderico06 Pt1. Greetings my friend, 1st of all thank u so very much for viewing, that's means a whole lot; but this set is defiantly called Yi Jin-Jing or I Chin Ching...(depending on what dialect of Chinese you speak.) There are also other set(s) entitled: Ba Duan Jing...I personally know or am studying a particular Ba Duan Jing set and they are quite different.

  • Brother...I love the form!

    Yours truely,

    Nathan

  • Watching your form after videotaping it, did you notice anything you need to work on?
