@bmfox1997 That was the Master Quest season episode "Claim to Flame" and they "met" on the very first episode of Pokemon, but a later episode shows them at a movie theater as kids together, but I'm not exactly sure when they first met. I hope this helps somewhat :)
I gotta say, though, that at least up to 3:43 it's someone else's video. It was originally uploaded by someone called Zinokkio22, and went along with the song "I Hate Everything About You" by Three Days Grace.
