actually theodorakis first wrote the melody for a ballet concert, then catie clark borrowed the melody and made a song, then the beattles borrowed the melody and made another song, then the modely was taken by latin american musician and they made another song, and one day theodorakis, hantzidakis and gkatsos were together and thought: hey lets write some greek lyrics and make a greek version of the song...quite a story

Wow, this is going to be played @ my daughter's wedding! And I never knew it existeed!
