  • @Zrtimist i partially tore my bicep. That was probably the worst, but I've also separated my growth plate and had a ton of other injuries.

  • men you incredibly strong but i'm not a great fan of you strength hold they're to short and your swings are bad, try to push on the rings not to pull on them.

    keep training your strong and you can get some where.

    Also, why no inverted cross? I thought that was your easiset/strongest hold?

  • Well actually my easiest is the maltese, but I couldnt put in the cross press invert anywhere. I'm still training the back uprise invert and as soon as I figure out how to put either in I will. I got the butterfly the last two weeks of camp.
