no, it's definitely on the open high hat. watch peart play live. I've listened to that song as long as i can remember and could play it on drums for about 3 years, it's definitely high hat

he modded the progam 'cross sweeper'. oscillator 1, both samples are detuned super lead. there is a low pass filter and a high-low filter. put it in a combi with it doubled an octave higher with a low synth bass note at half volume. Thats it i think......
