  • I'm a big fan of the croque madame! When I was living in France I would enjoy one of these sandwiches every now and then at one of my favorite neighborhood cafe's. This is a simple recipe, but the key is quality ingredients. The only difference between this and an authentic French croque madame is that in France, the egg is usually flash fried in extremely hot oil. This makes the egg bubble up and actually get a bit crispy around the edges. Délicieux!

  • @TheArabiandesert Even if the eggs were ray (which they aren't), do you have any idea how many dishes there are that are enjoyed raw? It's not a matter of life and death - it's a matter of taste!
