This is a fraud. She did not make an exact five ounce mix in the shaker; there was some left over at the end of the pour into the martini glass. This became a so-called perfect pour only because she stopped pouring when the glass was full, and there was five ounces in it, but we don't need a video to teach us that.

And what does she mean by "a six count of vodka" at 0:50? That was a one second pour. And there is no need to pre-chill the glass.

Bad bartending; I don't mind the use of a Hawthorne strainer but the over pour is ridiculous. If it was a perfect pour the cosmopolitan would of left a half an inch of space at the top of the glass. You don't want a drink spilling on the bar or on the customer.
