Yes, I did. The phone was Windows Mobile 6.0, and not HTC Branded. DX Staff was very responsive and they are currently looking to a solution for this problem. On the forums, other people who ordered the phone later did not have my problems. People who ordered the phone at a similar time did. Too bad... good luck.

I don't think so... Android is not ready for the GSM versions of the HTC Touch. That is why it worked for your cousin, who has the CDMA version. I'm sure that it is slightly possible, but very risky (you would have to port and make the proper image files, which could end up in a few bricked phones) and is not reasonable in your position. I order one in DX website because the price is very reasonable i grab it,, but dammit i read the review about that website is it true that they shipping really slow? like morethan 3 weeks? :-{ i contact the moderator they said it will only take 2 week using the EMS service. i dunno. -_- this cellphone is really good in price it has wifi and gps what can i say? great deal for the price hehe.

Very good review, however you should have made a call with the phone (I've heard some bad things about certain runs of the DX Touch.)
I ordered one of these today (excited!)
Also, it would be a good idea to block your IMEI number!

Yes it is from dealextreme. They ship with the LOGO however DX remove the logo from their site.
