He reduced the state debt by stealing Jewish property and injecting it into the German treasury. He started a war of conquest in order to plunder wealth from his neighbors.

He took Jewish businesses and put aryans in charge of them. He put money in the treasury by stealing Jewish property. A lot of Jews emigrated from Germany as soon as Hitler came to power, but it cost them a fortune to leave. That freed up job opportunities and put money in the German treasury.

Hitler never wanted war with England or France, those countries declared war on Germany (ie. their war guarantees to Poland) at the behest of Roosevelt and his European envoy William C. Bullitt (and international Jewry pushing both of them). Hitler just wanted to unify the German people by gaining back the land Germany lost in 1919 (that which had large ethnic German populations).

Hitler invaded France AFTER France declared war on Germany. France and England declared war on Germany after Germany invaded Poland. The Treaty of Versailles said nothing about invading Poland. France and England had extended a border guarantee to Poland - that is what Hitler violated. Hitler was always looking East to expand, not West.
