Absolute gorgeous phrasing , Beautiful marraige of Blues and Jazz phrasing....Diamond Dave here would have been a brilliant session Player for Steely Dan in their heyday....Which is perhaps the highest fucking compliment I can give a guitar wanker!.....love
@Wallimann David, what level would you say the "Applied Theory For Guitar Players" applies to. I'm someone who can riff my butt off but I need to learn the chords and how they all connect (all make sense). Do you think it will help me? Thanks man!
@blukper It's very easy to follow and progressive. However it focuses on scales more than chords... Still I think the info in the pack is a must for anyone wanting to understand what they are playing...
Nice!!!!! Would've expected the sheraton for this one, but just as well! Can you suggest some smooth jazz artists? I'm having trouble venturing outside of Lee Ritenour...
I love the way I can watch this whole video and it never gets boring! You absolutely nailed it man! Love the chord changes and the melodies that you use over them :D Keep it up buddy!
kinda borring... i hear this all day by all the jazz players ,, they all sound the same to me,,, nothing outrageouse about this playing!!! it is nice and clean , but thats just as clean as all the rest of the jazz musicians ,, nothing different to say WOW. what a sound or what a great interesting technic on the playing!!!??? knw what i meen !!!... just saying,,, no need to get bent out of shape about it either , it is what it is.
@skylinrg well ,,, is not that , in fact i play fusion jazz as well all dough am a metal rock neo guitar style.. i do play any music , and i look to hear awesome playing technicaly awesome , in that sence... i f i may... thnx for the com..
Is it really necessary an Amp>Mic to record a pedalboard or can I plug the guitar to the pedalboard and then to the Audio Interface? I cant make noise where I live and I like better the sound of the physical pedals. what do you recommend? Btw awesome playing, love your tone!
