I enjoy Killzone's online more than other shooters. I'm usually a single-player guy, but I like Killzone's offering. The controls are more rewarding to me, as you can't instantly kill someone as soon as you see them (like in Call of Duty) due to the delay in aiming and there is a realistic weight behind the guns. I can't understand why people have such huge problems with the Killzone controls at all.

I heard the story in this one is 10x worse then that of KZ2. I'll probably rent it. KZ2 was mediocre as hell. Even the 32 online was pretty lame.

Would you want Forza to control like Burnout, no same kind of game but different controls Killzones not Halo or COD it take no time to get the controls,oh and it's nice for my bullets to hit my target hit detection is spot on that alone is worth it

I have no trouble with the controls myself, surprisingly. With that said I DID have to tweak my sensitivity for Bad Company 2 and MAG. They felt slow and stiff without tweaking.

And how is KZ2's campaign worse than CoD's? CoD campaigns are nonexistant. Not saying KZ is among the standard of Half-Life, but CoD is the bottom of the barrel for campaigns.

And yeah, I'm having trouble connecting too, so I'm basing my opinions on controls on Botzone.

I don't see a problem with so called "stiffness". I've played halo and CoD, halo has a more stiff analog, it's less sensitive.

KZ3 looks like a typical shooter, I don't have play fpses anymore because they're pretty much the same as each other, apart from halo.

@2WIREG Everyone has an opinion I guess lol. Uhm I thought it was a good campaign for that type of fps. I found it more entertaining then Black Ops, MW2, or any of those titles (singleplayer wise). IGN and Gamespot are terrible and should not be read for reviews. Either read user reviews on Gamespot (or IGN if they even have that feature) because they get paid to give games a good rating.

The controls aren't stiff. It's weight emulation of the guns in an attempt to recreate more realistic physics. Plus there is little to none aim assist which all shooters like cod and halo have to make things a bit easier.

Cod and Halo were made to be easily accessible to everyone, they were made so that basically anyone can just jump in and do alright instantly. Killzone is the opposite.

@ReviewGuruChannel personally i like the way KZ feels over the COD series. COD games feel like you're controlling a dude on ice skates and just feels too floatly. but i think that's a personal thing, just like the controller preference.

i think that they are trying to load test the servers just to see how many people they can on each server at the time. i agree they should have hashed that shit out before now.

Halo Reach on release didnt have server problems, and if your talkign about the reach beta, of course its going to have problems, it was out 5 months before release and they had never tested the servers. KZ3 on the other hand already had a beta to fix all the server errors, and now 2 weeks before release, these server errors STILL exist even after a beta? Pathetic.

3. Gears 2 is fine now

2. But with the alpha, they should fix any server errors that might occur. And reach does not have any connection problems at all, I can at least PLAY halo reach on launch day.

I liked the beta although the disconnects are very annoying and sometimes the host of the match rage quitting is a major annoyance and reminds me why I hate people. But all in all I will get this game not when it comes out but possibly for my birthday. I agree about call of duty and halo having more

Well, I've played a couple matches so far with it, and...well, like you said, it's okay. I can get used to the slightly more stiff controls even after some CoD, but other than how different ADS feels here, the controls mainly felt like MAG to me. Though, I've only played the Deathmatch mode with the basic Engineer class, so I probably haven't experienced everything I should yet.

But from what I've played...it's good, just not exactly worth $60 upon fully coming out.
