Scheduled pick up at 6:30am did not happen. Waited over 3 and a half hours for return call. They stated they could not deliver the piano because they misquoted the move - their mistake. Dispatcher, Jake, lied to cover his mistakes and ended up becoming very loud, cursing and hung up the phone. Owner contacted with no results. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company AT ALL. Their website seems to portray a sound, reputable company but they are certainly not. Very poor customer service overall.
Theses guys are pretty good ....saw them in action at Libary of Congress when we had a student conference meeting. Looked like a big concert stage piano going up 30 steps, 6 men no problem ....great job guys we will refer you anytime.
