This guy is using his Knife wrong. hes not supposed to chop down on it. like that is used for slicing. "SLICING" hes just gonna hurt himself. @_@

i think he should have done the Jilienne with a chefs knife. :D lazy lazy lazy. or maybe he doesnt know how? :D haha j/k.
