AVTechNO is trying to screw with his Japanese fans. In DYE he made the lyrics in English and encoded the Japanese lyrics in hexadecimal 16 katakana. In this song he made the majority of the song in English and provided the Japanese lyricsin one short tiny second that you cant even reach by pausing the video.
We, of course, speak English, so we have a bonus. :D
