Two months later executed in Hakove NKVD bilding. Fortress was used as quoters for Russian army, prison nad exeution site for Polish local poulation.

Defending Mother Russia???? This One in 1941 was 350(?) km further to the east. Action takes place in central Poland and movie is about Russian /German fight for Polish teritory under Russian occupation.Begining with dance creates fals imperssion of woderful live.

22 months under Russian occupation 170 000(?)Polish citizens exeuted,1.5 - 2milon sent to gulags of Siberia. Les then20 %returned .23September 1939 Russians-German Victory parade over Poland in Brzesc.

So it's a movie about a heroic defence of a fortress... Captured by Soviets only two years earlier, after the treacherous invasion of Poland. Not to say anything of Krepost' Brets'ka being mainly a place of torture for Polish prisoners of war.

It's somewhat despicable a theme, don't you think?

@324liz Hmmm... I can say that I agree but... What about Russians who are deaf or partially deaf? Or you think they are not exist in this sin world? Eh? Also, some people prefer to study the Russian language with Russian subtitles as I do when I study English. What about them? :-)
