Crappy?? It's just the most powerfull phone around.

The 1000mAh battery is indeed to short, but some 1300 one start to be availiable in Asia.

And the TG01 will be updated to WinMo 6.5 in october.

Sure the HTC Leo will be better (in terms of battery, capacitive screen, HTC reliability, and equal in CPU) but as long as it's not out, TG01 remains the best

Please look at the date of this video, and the release date of the TG01. Compare them with the release date of the HD2, and tell me you is fucking kidding...... That's easy to come 6month after and tell "I have something better"

Once again, why are HD2 users so proud ? Because they can afford to pay twice as much as the price of the TG01? That may be a good reason....

It is not unique! htc hd and hd2 both have 800x480. Its not most powerfull device either!! And 1000mAh is shitty. but it looks good.

It was plublished in July, and at that time the TG01 had already been avaliable for months!!!!

NOW there's the HD2, yes, but at the time the TG01 was out and this video was made, it was unic!

Why the hell are ALL the HD2 users so proud and agressive????? Because they can afford to pay twice the price of a TG01? .....

But still i thought that htc hd (the first 1)had a 800x480. It`s 2 years old, and had that all then already. WVGA =800x480. First i had a hd, now hd2. HD2 is almost the same thing, but with a bigger screan. So....

Hmmm...but the HD1 was really slow compared to the snapdragon.

Now I'll buy an HD2 as soon as I can get it at a fair price, I really find it too expensive so far...(I mean paying minimum $400 just to have the multitouch and 0.2'' more than my TG01 on my screen is too much...and sadly this will be too much for many others)

well,i think that HD2 can be used as a day to day phone much more than tg01,plus it is capacitive. if i had that kind of cash,i would buy it without thinking twice... the sense ui is apslolutley stunning,the screen is large (tg01's screen is also HUGE),it is capacitive,looks awesome,great camera,multi touch,3.5mm jack,snapdragon..... although the toshiba is pretty much the same phone hardware wise,the HD2 is the king of software...

the king of software thanxs to XDA, because out of box, TG01 with WinMo 6.5 is slightly better.

But XDA finished HTC's job^^

I actually think that HTC has reached perfection with HD2... It is amazing in terms of hardware and in terms of software it seams like a device from the future...

Hardware: HD2 has capacitive screen, yes

Software: same CPU, HD2 has more RAM but uses more, XDA people had to hack TG01 3D drivers to improve the HD2 opengl ES and 3d rendering, and what they made also works on the TG01...

For me, the HD2 has the capacitive screen (not really usable so far, will require indivual developping for each game or app. fpsece will be one of them) better camera and 0.2'' if I'm right more screen size. Does it worth 300extra $ ? I think yes, but that's a good question.
