PlayMegaPhone amazing, other things can I say. Everyone who considers themselves a bball fan all know the way to dunk, I simply just not too long ago done the training program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com - dunking is so easy now! (I'm just 5'7!)

PlayMegaPhone, this video reminds me of why I love basketball, along with all the crossovers. If you can't dunk yet, you need to start training. I highly recommend you to try the one I'm using - |50 inch vertical [dot] com| - I m 5 7 and I can dunk!

PlayMegaPhone yo that is beast. That is directly from a guy who s 5 5 but finish alley dunks. I checked out the nba training program at snipr{dot}com/verticaldunk and gained more than 15 inches on my jump.
