  • Why do you throw the pulp away? Its called Okara and is used when we make muffins and other good things.

  • We have tried several methods including boiling the beans first. We sell the soy milk with Thai donuts and the Thais like it the way we do it now. Before they wouldn't buy it when we did it the way you recommend. See the video response.

  • there is lots of good stuff in the bean pulp--have you tried boiling the beans first and then blending + straining? works better (esp with a simple immersion blender). plus you can save the pulp for other things as well. its good protein an fibre so dont throw it away!

  • The blender is a Phillipsand the make Cucina. I have converted many at the fitness center I go to to do this instead of spending loads of money on high protein powders.
