Christopher and A.J. were the two characters I related to the most. Don't get me wrong, I still bonded with Paulie, Sil, Bobby, Uncle Jr. etc. A.J. is a gen y'er like me, while Chris is a gen x'er, the thing we both have in common is a world we have almost no stake or place in. Chris's generation were responsible for cleaning up the mess Tony's baby-boomers did, while A.J. and myself have no job or future. Basically Chris's arc sucks and A.J. doesn't get one.
I love this scene. I think a lot of people can relate to Christopher here. I think a of people wonder where their arcs are. Plus I like "Summertime" by Booker T and the Mgs too.
This highlights the genius of David Chase as a director.
Chrissy had his arc after all, in the following seasons he was made, promoted in the family as a respected capo, produced his first movie clever and in the end followed his arc down as an addict, disrespected and abandoned by the crew and finally murdered by his Tony.
Genius scene, btw pretty risky digging up a body in broad daylight

I like this scene because it shows how Christopher hit rock bottom and Paulie is trying to counsel him.

@Wiseguy453 I can really relate to him, feels like my life is going nowhere. Nothing is getting better or worse.

"Where's my arc, Paulie?" That's me. This scene and the Devil's Advocate relates to my life a little bit. I got no arc either.
