I remember when he first rolled around in '89 and "Killin Time" came out. I said, this guy's gonna be around for a long, long time. They didn't believe me, but I knew that he just had a "sound" that wouldn't die off. Then "Better Man" was released - and the rest is history.

Saw him down on a Texas ranch, singing for Ronald McDonald house Charity with Tammy Wynette. Awsome performer. The videos I see here on Youtube don't do justice to his vocal and guitar playing talents. Did you also know he can play Clapton on drums? No joke. Seen him do that too at another concert... amazing talents
