I cannot possibly see a way of penetrating that beast's armor with any infantry support based tank. I think the best way would certainly be targeting the mostrosity with long range based artilary and aiming for the top of the rear of the tank, preferrably if at all possible through the engine grilles.

yes but the thing is some guns are good from distance some are good for close combat and this IS like KV should shoot him from a grater distance ( same thing happen with my 88 on my jgdpanther at close range gun sucks)

@blackshark1984 nope... there were 2 Maus tanks: one on a test range(completed) and one not completed(no turret). The ready one on the test range was destroyed by it's crew(not wonder if they didn't fight, there was no fuel in last weeks of war) coz of invading russian troops and the russians put the turret of the destroyed one on the chassis of the not finnished one.. It ended up in a museum. Pitty that the Maus was never used. Great anvil that tank^^ Wnat to touch it! omg I get a bonerXD

I'm not surprised. half of the losing team had light tanks that couldn't even scratch the Maus' paint. the only tanks that could do consistent damage were the top four tanks, the IS and Tigers. I wouldn't bet on the VKs to help much, and the KVs arnt strong enough to handle a Maus. There was not a single tier 9 or 10 on the losing side. So yeah, Maus carnage is a reasonable title.

Thats the only thing I dont like about this game, range isn't taken into consideration. At this range these guns would have blown through the armor. And small guns would just deflect at long range, but whatever
