There are very few female singers who sound as nice as marie on studio album, but there are many singers who can keep up their album quality live. when watching roxette live i often keep asking myself what could be the reason for a live voice that sounds like a cheap copy of a wonderful studio voice.... hopefully it is just a permanent bad shape on stage....(though i have to admit that this vid is at least one of the better ones....)

Agree for the studio part but strongly disagree when it comes to the live shows arguments. Having seen a Roxette show live in person I would say that there are a few who could compare to Marie! As for the ones you say sound the same live as in the studio they are NOT LIVE! :)
