No one noticed until the final episode aired anyway, and by then there was nothing anyone could do. Besides, no one really made a big deal either way.

@zballfan Whatever Xena had for Ares, it was not love. It was sexual perhaps, but it wasn't love, not like the way she loved Gabrielle. There was a real tenderness there as seen in this video. Anyway lots of lesbians have history with men.

@Kaleidoscope998 I think that there's nothing wrong about a child seeing two women kissing (or two men kissing), because homosexuality is normal. There is nothing strange about it and it doesn't harm children.
If children can see their parents kissing and hugging, then why can't they see two women kissing and hugging?
