Daaammnn, that´s an amazing solo. You inspired me to take the recorder seriously, it´s was beautiful and mellow, nice work, one of the goals of being a musician is to inspire, and you had inspire me to discover new sounds on the recorder. Thank you. Keep the good work.
@amirinsky your recorder is made of wood or plastic? because sounds so warm, and deep and it looks different . What brand is it? You should post more recorder work, i know you are mainly a Sax player, but great music is great music be it in a sax o recorder.
@amirinsky no i don´t, i really don´t care if it´s plastic or wood, but it sounds so deep and beautiful that i wonder if it was a expensive recorder or something like that. Keep the wood work and post some new recorder work.
sweet and lovely. Nice that you guys keep it simple. INice to hear a voice tht doesn't over embellish these days. You know that Miraiah Carey Justin Timerblake R&B kind of stuff.
I like the sound of the recorder. Do you think that might be a frist step to learning the flute? I want to take it one step at a time and I don't have a lot of money.
The recorder is an ancient instrument and there are over six different sizes. There is one higher than the soprano and then the alto, tenor and bass and others lower. There is more and more music being written for the STAB ensembles. We have twelve in our group and we play at churches, nursing homes, special events, etc. It is great fun and would encourage everyone to join a group or start one. The cost is minimal and enjoyment is maximum.
Good song in general, but the recorder bit was amazing! It really pulls at the heart strings. In the US the recorder has become the cheap instrument for 5-year-olds to play, so you don't often hear anything quite like that here. Thanks!
i from Brazil, i play euphonium but my secound favorite instrument is my alto recorder, i want a tenor one real bad though. i play g cleft with my euphonium,.. i didnt know about the sharps/flats that used one hole of the doubled holed holes (bad grammer :o) well good job!
heyyy, im from england and am 14. i play recorder and did my grade eight last year. i dont really know many other people who play recorder to my standard so im glad to find someone else who plays too. =)
Hi GayPersonHA! I like to play a block flute, but my basic musical instrument is a saxophone... I wish you good luck and lot's of music! Greetings from South Holland.
Great song and beautiful playing and singing.

@temorello It's actually plastic. Costs $7, and you don't hear any difference, do you?

That was so beautiful! Is the song original? If not, could you point me in the direction of where I may find the music for the recorder solo?
Thank you for sharing this, it was wonderful!

Dit klinkt als Pocahontas in de kerk op zondagochtend.
Het bizarre is dat het nog goed klinkt ook.
