you missed the point. Me First and The Gimme Gimmes are a punk band. They only do covers, everything from Whitney Houston to Dolly Parton to Andrew Lloyd Webber... its an homage to the artist they cover, but isn't supposed to be a 'copy' of their music. it isn't meant to poke fun, just to introduce the punk scene to other artists.
