you said it's better off having vid preview off, but the capture quality is at max, does this end up having less frames dropped? that's one thing I've noticed is an issue, whenever I have mine on max quality I get mega frames dropped but I also like having the preview on, but if it's going to (for the most part) prevent frames dropping, I wouldn't mind having the preview off

@steezskater1 ok never said i had lag with the vid recording that was never the problem. it was working with the little preveiw box checked but then all of a sudden it just stopped preveiwing. i adjusted every setting on the menu screens that u showed, and it also took me resetting my comp 5 times to get it back to normal. i still have no clue why it was fine then nothing, then fine again. and besides the vids i make i need to see the vid while its recording. go to my channel to see, n thanks:)

I need help with something. (I seem like an idiot for saying this though) I use dazzle and Pinnacle Studio for recording my walkthrough's for games, but in my settings, It says I only have 30 minutes left for recording. Does that mean I wont be able to record anymore? And it also lags a lot and my audio gets screwed up as well as m voiceover. Can someone help me?

@Ribby20000 the 30 minuetes left is no big deal. to get more time time all you need to do is deleted other videos you made after you upload them to youtube or delete junk on your computer to make more space. the time limit depends on how much space you left on your computer. and the lagging issue im not quite sure about that. try looking that up on google

@TheConcluziioN I tried that. i found out i had to change the hardware acceleration, when he said to do it in the video, i did and clicked ok. i looked at the settings again and it didnt change so i couldnt do that. i was told i had to change the acceleration on my computer itself under settings on my computer and it wont let me so thats my problem. may need a new/better computer now lol

anybody with no input detected, go on xbox, change to pal 50, start up dazzle, then when in capture preview, change 20 60 pal, hope this helped:)

@9298Speed what you just put the video to an HD option or you got a HD PVR. if you you made it where you can switch too HD it's not true HD at all it just give's the option think man think

@Briaanz3 when you upload the video or the video preview. if its the video preview there  is a setting in setup and capture source that says video preview. If its the the upload on youtube thats black I wouldnt exactly be sure.

All of my settings up to that point are changed accordingly but I've sort of hit a wall now. The only things on the drop down list are the NTSC options.

@RyAn7200 OK YOU CANT RECORD IN HD FOR A DAZZLE holy god you have to buy a HD capture card im getting an hd pvr all studio plus does is convert you video to HD giveing the option to switch it to hd when its not at all hd the only way to get hd is a HD PVR

@Stabbsta2007 No, because Pinnacle is the one taking the video from the TV and making it a good quality video on your computer, if you dont make it good quality on pinnacle, the video wont be in good quality to begin with.

@zAshmatic Thats wrong, I tried not pre-rendering in pinnacle and it came out pretty good. IMO Better than if I rendered in pinnacle. Check out my channel's quality tests.
