i made these actually the other day, and it wasnt too bad. the marinade is perfect for steak flavor! its uncanny, the only issue i had was that I can't seem to get use to that texture. it still FEELS like a mushroom *gag*. perhaps i need to grill it on an actually grill next time...

@CDLver Me too! The best way to marinate anything is to put the marinade and what you are flavouring into a plastic bag, remove the air and tie closed tightly. Everything is evenly coated.
