Declaring hunting and fishing to be "preferred preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife" and transferring exclusive regulatory authority to the legislature will be the end of scientific wildlife management in Arizona. Prop 109 would take the decision-making power away from the Game & Fish Commission and state wildlife biologists and give it to a bunch of politicians. You've seen what our legislature has done to our economy - do you REALLY want them in charge of our wildlife, too?
@Red2345100100 What makes you think that? is what the anties are afraide of is prop 109 will make it a constitutional right to hunt and to take that away will be un constitutional but thay will manadge the animal populations still and make shure the animals will have healthy habitats and populations. Just because it will be a right to hunt dont mean it wont be regulated just like any other right you can loose by miss useing it fier arms to driveing just what ever you can think of.
@Red2345100100 Also go look up who does the most for animal habitats and who spends the most money protecting and expanding animal habitats. The hunters have the pit mans tax also that goes in to helping animals. I aint a sport hunter but the ones that do do it for the sport united thay donate thousands of pounds of meat there is a chart on it for every state that tells you how much thay donated i will look for it so i can tell you where to find it.

This prop will allow trigger happy "hunters" to shoot and cull anything without scientific fact to back it up.
