i appreciate your message, but you say nothing about paying homage to the lower chakras as you move your way up. if I commit solely to my third eye chakra I get a headache, I need to allow the lower pathways to remain open or the energy gets trapped in my brain. if you truly want to reach out to beginners and change the world then you should keep this in mind, or you may be giving people advice that could lead to insanity.
