  • Is listening to music during meditations ok? or would it be disruptive in some way. Sometimes I like to play the sounds of nature like the background sound of your video here for example, also soft instrumentals as well

  • I work at home and found myself getting caught up in exactly those issues you are talking about. I was stressing myself about formal meditation without realizing how unmindful that thought process is. It reminds me a little of the quote..."life is what happens to you while you are making other plans" JL

  • hmmmmmmmm what do u mean by meditation then? when i meditate i focus on different centres in my body ie head (where there are 2) , in my heart, throat, and stomach
