  • now do a tailwihp!!

  • @1:02 dick rider

  • @xXxPugMuffinxXx look up shilohhhhhh on trackipedie tuesdays

  • i cant do tricks =(

    but im a good racer

  • i just got into fixies :)

  • i just got into fixies

  • Do what you want to do and stop worrying about others

  • 0:18 made me lol

  • to add some jazz to a rather lame trick, just throw in a bar spin at the end!!

  • cool as fook. Love the stuff in the multistoreycarpark - sweeeeet

  • I know this is really hard, but personally i think its gay. If youre going to do this, just buy a BMX and get into flatland.

  • what type of wheel was the 0:43

  • I'm a long time MTB'er, grew up riding the wheels off of my BMX bikes, etc....but can someone explain what the fixie trend is about? The bikes are cool, and I have a good friend who raced velodrome and used to tell me about them, but maybe I'm missing what the big deal is???

  • @ebruceii for me it's about simplicity, control and freedom from variable gears. It tempts you into riding faster instead of coasting. It feels like a more pure form of cycling and if you ride it enough and get used to it, chances are that you will not want to go back to freewheel because that equals a loss of control. On the trick side, it yields a range of fixie only tricks like riding backwards and keo spins.

  • @nilo2209 - I can respect that. Thanks for sharing your input. I might have to expand my two-wheeled horizons sometime soon and try riding one.

  • scum of the earth

  • @dannigurl18 what's your problem?

  • kinda interesting stuff you got here...this is more interesting to watch than the track standing tricks...f*cking dull to watch. i understand it's difficult to link all that track standing crap together, but it's still boring as f*ck to watch. i wanna see one of these fixed gear riders do a fufanu to a ledge...that'd be cool. and for those of you who cry some bullsh*t, like "don't hate on fixed gear, etc."; i have nothing to prove to yet another street culture, i just call what i see.

  • @probzigud tosser

  • a random barspin at the end of a line/trick doesnt make it any cooler. barspins are biking 101 unless they have some variation.

  • second that

  • when a bmx can keep up with a track bike then maybe youll have something to talk shit about

  • we shouldnt be hatin on bmx or fixed...a bikes a bike. we should be hatin on them gay ass wood pushin skaters hahahaha skate boards are pointless.

  • @PIOA916 shut up skatin kick your ass

  • Go Ride The Velodrome

  • i have just come to learn that the people that talk shit on fixies are just a bunch of pussys that cant ride them

  • @deitydhskater losers haha.

  • @evilcryalotmore why do i have that feeling that your one of the people that i am talking about

  • uhh who gives a fuck what you ride. I ride a fixie, but that doesn't mean I have to go onto some fucking bmx videos and talk shit.... and if you think fixie is gay then why the fuck are you watching a fixie video, so fuck off.

  • @ErickoMF Lol they watch it cause they wish they had one

  • for all you fixie haters bmxing are like training wheels if u want real tricks get a fixie more complex none of that gay stuff if its not a fixie its broken end of story

  • Good teamwork at 1:16 haha. Nice video.

  • Why hate on fixies? It's a different type of riding for a different experience. I like the feeling of having control of every movement my bike makes. if my feet foot, my bike moves. BMX biking is sweet and the shit people are progressing to do is insane, but this is supreme fixie riding. Stop hating and just ride.

  • @dannigurl18

    You need banning

  • you need a bmx tosser

  • @dannigurl18

Funny you should mention it, I was on a BMX this afternoon. I find fixie riding more fun though. The thing takes me to work every day, and fast, and I can do tricks on it. And to be honest, it looks nicer and more mature than a BMX as well.

But that doesn't mean I have to hate on BMX like you hate fixies. I suggest you get a life.

  • @pontifex253

that's only because your most probably rubbish on a bmx. i use to ride to work everyday on a mtb there for riding long miles on not doing gay little tricks on the street because you suck at bmx

  • @dannigurl18

Now what's MTB got to do with this all. What's your whole point anyway?

And how the hell is a trick on a BMX any less gay than on a fixed gear? A bike trick is a bike trick, it takes similar skill, balance and timing. Dare I say it, BMX tricks are slightly easier and often less risky than most fixed gear tricks.

  • @dannigurl18 homophobes should be banned

  • thanks what i was thinking.... only advantage is when riding longer distances

  • @4li5t4ir What's a bmx? Does it have a fixed gear?

  • 0:20 so awesome

  • shut your mouths and ride. 20 inch rad bike fixie mountain....that shit dont matter just ride a bike

blow up your car and ride a bike.....church!

  • ride a twenty

  • I ride a fixed gear to commute to places i need to go. screw the tricks and such just ride! kill the trend!

  • @skank1n why kill the trend? we ride for fun! im not hating on you for commuting. dont hate on the tricks! once you learn to ride backwards and skid and such you might just change your mind... try it!

  • @abnormlman I can ride backwards mate and i personaly think its pointless. Ride straight and ride hard! and maybe even smoke a spliff or two while your on this journey.

  • @skank1n haha same with me !

  • What is with the cards in the spokes? Can anyone let me know, just "fashion" or is it more meaningful. Thanks for letting me know

  • it has to do with turf, and gangs and such

  • lol

  • sometimes they use them to mark checkpoints in alley cats, which are city races usually done on fixed gears.

  • if you attend an alleycat, you get that card. it's a spokecard. But many hipsters just make their own spokecard to look cool.

  • Are alleycats just a plain race, or is it like a messenger race?

  • these cards are given to the winners of alley cats which are fixed gear races in alleys.

  • not all the time

  • true-- not all the time.

  • the bad thing isn't the bike itself, but the fact that it seems so fashionable over here in Australia. All the 'hipsters' do it and it just seems like one big fad. Just like skinny jeans. LOL

  • People have been wearing skinny jeans for number of decades... Hardly a fad.

  • people hate on fixed cause they dont understand it. Once they ride one they might come around to liking it. I grew up on BMX, now I race roadbikes and ride fixie and ride freestyle/bmx... It's all good, It's two wheels, it's transportation, it's fun! so stop hating on what every one of us loves to do, and thats RIDE!

  • ya this comment should be on every bicycle video.

  • thank you

  • ok this is to all the bmx people who are trash talking fixies, fixies are way fuckin better then bmx bikes and sure we cant grind or anything but who cares. i just got my fixie about 3 weeks ago and i ride it everyday there fuckin bad ass,i almost got a track stand down and im working on ridding back words on it. so bike jerks you guys are bad ass and the song oh yeah kicks ass as well!

  • hay i do bmx but id ont see why people hate on this

i mean i dont like it but ive seen people switch from bmx to this

what can you do with these type of bikes tho?

    i dont get it

    what are they for?

  • @Mrfitrider1try to race against one of these with a bmx

  • @WhiteWitchBmore

why the fuck would I want to race?

    that shits boring as hell

  • @Mrfitrider1 Ummm, you do know that track bikes are RACE bikes.

And don't talk to me about the new "tougher" bike polo bikes.

They're just rigid SS 29ers with a horizontal top tube, and less tire clearance.

  • @XlynchmobX24 Not to add onto the argument, but you CAN grind on a fixie. It's pretty possible

  • I agree with nopointinxisting, full grown fat boy emo's on midget bikes (bmx's) look like magilla gorilla...you just need a hat and tie, or would that make you a conformist? BMXer tricks.... are great, you just have to admit they do look way out of proportion and silly when you are older than 12...

  • if u dont like it go away

  • and doing tricks on midget bikes doesnt look stupid? why dont you do what you love to do and let fixed gear riders do the same. prick.

  • whats the song?

  • oh yeah by Yello

  • I've seen the guy at :42.. going down nicollet mall.. SICK RIDER!!!!

  • i love the riding but i really hate this song

  • how do u do no handed keo spins

  • Don't use ya hands

  • thanks to this vid i remember to ask who did this song? i know the song for a long time but never heard the name

  • its a song "oh yeah" by yello

  • holy shit!! at 0:57

  • nice video ....good tricks...nice!!

  • Bike jerks, nice tricks, super, super clean stuff. No skidding craziness to compliment the flat stuff though? Or traffic shots?

others: bmx bikes are tiny, try tricks on a road bike before you bash it. if you're magically good at it with your flatlandbmx skillz, good for you, go practice more. if you're not, don't be a dumbfck and bash it, go practice more.

  • I dont understand why people are doing these tricks on road/track bikes? BMX flatland has been around forever and these types (exactly same type of tricks) are so much more controlled on a bmx bike....and you can do like 1000 times more.

  • i get what you are saying and understand where you're coming from, a lot of people do bmx tricks on fixie bikes because their main form of transportation is bikes and they were looking for something more efficient that a bmx bike and they cant carry both so they just do the same tricks on a fixie and then their are the people just looking for something new and different

  • then of course there are the conformist-nonconformist fags that will tag on to any stupid fad . it's a way of pretending your part of this trendy group when in reality your just a trekky with a 10 speed that you can't shift gears on . sad

  • then of course there are the conformist-nonconformist fags that will tag on to any stupid fad . it's a way of pretending your part of this trendy group when in reality your just a trekky with a 10 speed that you can't shift gears on . sad

  • what are you talking about carrying both?

    both what?

    looking for something different?

i think it would be better on a flatland bmx bike no?

  • To everyone below who is hating on the song, you are dumb.

    Minneapolis Rulz! I

It's fucking cold, we still ride, suck it.

  • that comment was in reference to all the people who commented that "Kids in America" was a "gay" song. Kids in America is fucking awesome, as is the song in this video. as evidenced by the riding, we don't know how to backpedal. I stand by my musical choices. and backpedal from nothing.

  • i fucken hate that song!

    its so anoying!

  • "and before any of this shit starts up. The song is in good fun, it's meant to take the piss out of people who take this riding bike shit way too seriously. relax, ride, enjoy yourself." if that aint backpedalling i don't know what it is. pretty gay bike jerks.

  • holy shit

  • sketchiest fixie video ive ever seen. and yet super badass

  • dude wtf r u talking about every think in this is clean as shit

  • getting a fixed gear soon for Christmas. Gonna try some of those tricks. LOL!

  • oHHHHhHH YEAH

  • savage

  • and before any of this shit starts up. The song is in good fun, it's meant to take the piss out of people who take this riding bike shit way too seriously. relax, ride, enjoy yourself.

  • pro!
