Oh the psp is region free. This means you can play a game from the likes of Japan on a US or EU psp. I, personally have 4 psp games from japan Bleach heat the soul 5, 6 and 7 along with another game called fairy tail portable guild 2 and I've had no problems at all. However the ds, dsi etc is region locked. But the psp should be fine :) Just check the normal websites for stuff like ebay. You'll almost always find the game you're looking for!

The only time I ever use cheats is after I've beaten the game the first time(doing different things with the characters such as making them stronger sooner so I can get to the next part of the story quickly, or just for lols) Plus I'm not entirely sure how to put a game save file from the internet onto my psp, never tried.

If someone else wants to take another save file or use cheats sooner , more power to them.

I just don't see the point in you calling this person a loser.

@eaglebazdmeg While Tag Force 4 is the current newest Tag Force 5 has been announced for release this year so I would just wait for that. As for what makes the new tag force games different. 1. More cards 2. New duelists with generally better strategies 3. Stories for each of the main characters instead of one big story 4. TF4 makes growing the hearts a lot easier 5. You can edit your partners deck in story mode (but there are some cards you can't take out).
