How to read the Consonant Digraph Sounds Phonemes

Really great stuff! But I'm afraid the difference between the 2 'Th' s are not very clear to me. I see as if there are throat movements for both, and somehow the sounds dont seem so different either, at least to me. Could you help and elaborate please? Thanks!
