  • Thank you. 'I couldn't have said it better either' - mjpowers1515

  • Thank you. I suffer these exact things and decided to browse youtube to see if there was anything about the problems I am having. I haven't been diagnosed or taken any meds for this. It's been ongoing for about 8 yrs now and lately , happening more often. I have to agree they are the most terrifing feelings I have ever had. Thanks to your video I will now seek help because now I know I suffer from anxiety. THANK YOU.

  • You should do a video of the opposite side of the spectrum, the feeling of "implosion" & being lost.

  • It really is about coping and about understanding the condition and letting people know what it is about. As someone who suffers from this condition, I find being open about it is the best help

  • @MnMsrbest, I think talking about issues is always one of the best coping techniques.

  • I couldn't have said it better myself

  • I always learn from your videos Xavier.

  • It is really important to find and use those coping mechanisms. You are dead right on that one.

  • this must b 1 of the most paralyzing, experiences.

  • Another awesome Vlog piece Xavier. Thumbs up. I miss the 5 stars.

  • Great message Xaves511. We are never alone

  • Sometimes I forget this is a disorder which impacts so many people. Great discussion Xaves.

  • one of my friends has serious incapacitating anxiety attacks. it amazes me what things can set them off too - things I would never expect to cause so much stress in someone.

  • I have anxiety and have had it since I was like 15. panic attacks are the worst. you really included just about everything i've gone thru. it is very scary. i am now taking klonopin and that really helps. but every once in a while, I get panicy. ugh. it's refreshing to know people understand.

  • @PayjeIzBeautiful i take klonopin too, along with zoloft. they work, well most of the time. i wonder if any of the methods online and on tv really work? they promise to cure anxiety.

  • when i was pregnant, i felt like some of the stuff you mentioned. but it went away. great video, though. you are very knowledgeable.

  • I like the angle you took on this topice in letting others know they are not alone. I do not suffer from panic attacks but know people who do and it seems so horrible.

  • LOL. While I was watching this I was like, crap - that's me!!!!

  • this is probably one of your most powerful videos, xavier. wow. you really hit the nail on the head.
