does any type of well car (according to size 48,53,etc) from and barnd fit any container from any brand such as a walters 53' well car and an atlas 53' container?

Your train violates train makeup rules. lol. nothing can be stacked on top of a tank container.

Yep. You are right. Our system special instructions say that we can't have anything stacked on a tank container. Perhaps UP is different.
some nice engines there.i like the DD40X and the BN SD40-2.
