Well it's hard to explain, but you download clips from the internet of anime/games you like and put them into an editing software like windows movie maker,add some music ect and thats all i can think of really

Um. . I got them from youtube. You can download the youtube downloader that downloads videos from youtube (like i downloaded some trailers for 358/2 days) and.. basically thats just it ^-^
